Heh, I just realized you're the same guy I remember from GTR2 days, Superkolos I had a lot of fun racing with Fireball, Marengo and Elenator.

I hope Poznan will come someday on rf2 First tests with terrain blending and new kerb textures look promising and I'm quite happy with results but still need some tweaking (contrast, colour balance, sharpness, blended textures also need a bit higher resolution)

I'd be curious to see/hear more on how you went about doing the edge of the track into the grass terrain. I'd specifically like to know how you achieved such variation, yet retained a high level of detail. i.e. how many materials, which materials, and how to blend between them, etc. Did you just use the blended infield shader? Or did you use that plus matching the UV's with like a T1 mult T2...? Are you using any specularity?
What you see is not a matter of some fancy technique. It's a matter of will and patience. And that's why we are all saying: good job!
