Released Latest Content Updates - Includes BOP GTE

If i unsub from everything will i be able to resub to all of what i already own ? My rF2 is a mess and i want only S397 content for now !

BECAUSE you have a skin pack that is looking for older versions of the cars. The cars listed in the error box are the ones S397 just updated. Thus, your skins are still looking for an older version of the car which is no longer present.(it was replaced by the new version)
You can delete/uninstall the skinpack and hope the mod's author posts an update soon that is compatible with the new version numbers.

Thanks guys , that did work but now im thinking about a clean only S397 content version on rF2 , can i just unsub from everything then go through and resub to S397 stuff that i paid for without having to pay again ? (sound silly when i ask it because it should just work but this is rF2 and for me it feels like a gamble).
When i go to unsub to all i get a warning "this cant be undone"

After a while, AI of LMP2 is stuck behind the GTE cars, not even trying to overtake at all anymore. The full singleplayer experience of a Le Mans Endurance Multiclass event would be pretty complete, if this could be adressed. (AI drafting behaviour overall)

The GTE class is such a banger now IMO, just driven a full race weekend on Le Mans with 40 minute sprint in the 488 and rF2 is quite beautiful with this combination.
If somebody would've shown me this 2 years ago, saying, this is rF2, i would've been very sceptical. ;)

That occurs when the front car begins it's 'In Lap', pitting for fuel or tires. It is a known issue, reported long ago. Should be fixed, we hope someday it will be fixed.

"- Radiator cooling options are now visible as steps in the pit menu"

Only took about three years... #betterlatethannever

good job S397! Thanks!
for silvertsone: "Added Endurance layout with extra lighting at night", I don't see "Endurance" in game...

Silverstone
v2.02

- Added Historic Chicane layout using alternate Stowe Chicane and old pits

This is the layout that Senormen and I worked on unofficially. It's great that there's now an official version of this, but I'm gonna have to be a pedant.

This technically isn't a historic layout. This layout is used by the Silverstone Classic event. So would make more sense to call it the 'Silverstone Classic layout' or just 'Classic layout' if there's a copyright issue. Also the modification to the chicane is at Vale/Club Corner not Stowe.

To push my pedant skills to 100%, there should technically be two versions of this layout. One with the Start/Finish at the old pits, and one at the new 'Wing' pits which is what is used in real life.

Anyway, great job with the rest of the updates. Great to see the momentum behind rF2 right now!

didn't that say CAR inertia? I too jumped out of my chair when I first read that...hoping the superfast revving engines were fixed. But Car inertia concerns change of direction and how curbs are handled....I can't drive them til August so somebody please do some testing and report!
I tried them briefly last night. They do seem to drive more like they used too (in a good way) but my intial impression was the rev drops seem the same. I have a video saved of the revs before this update, I'll compare directly later today and see. But overall these cars feel a lot more like the rf2 GTEs I loved up until a year ago, so that part I am very, very happy about
