How do I update tracks to DX11? I don't have idea of how to do it

So I'm a Brit, and I like driving on all British or UK circuits. I've got most of those circuits; Cadwell, Pembrey, Croft, Oulton, Silverstone, Thruxton, a decent Rockingham, Snetterton and Crystal Palace. I'm aware of a new Knockhill circuit and I'm searching for a good DX11 Brands Hatch track...
