    Hi Tuttle!

    Many thanks for sharing this great track with us!
    There are so much details done with love and perfectionism. If somebody would ask me "How is the way to build a perfekt track for rFactor2" I would answer "look at this thread". This is a success story and a great example for "what is possible".
    Not only for technical things. Also for the presention, the dialog with the community, the information about the progress, the cooperation and so on and so on :)
    Last but not least many thanks to all that support this project.
    And now i put my butt in the playseat. I must discover a new track :cool:

    Amen to that.. you guys have really raised the bar.. This is the type of work / quality of work I would love to see in rF2 tracks.. Well worth redoing tracks rather than converting them :)

    Thanks guys. Glad to see you enjoy the track! :)

    There is a small update ready, that fix the grass feeling and the concrete to grass edge contact (thanks Sollana). I'll wait a bit more to see if there is some other minor bug to fix and I'll release it.

    Hi Tuttle, absolutely marvellous job you did. If you don't mind i would really welcome a second track mode with additional cones for guidance around the track. I know the track already, but my son is a littlebit lost without some hints where to go on that wide track. Just a suggestion, you said it would be a piece of cake to do something like that in one of your earlier posts and if you want to update anyway - my son would appreciate it big time :eek:

    Thanks a lot, this is a great work tha t show the graphic potential of rF2 :) ! it look as good or better than the GT5 track, really impressive.

    Maybe more cones or tires on some turns can show better the way, it can be a little hard to find if we don't know the track :D .

    Different? The Chicago it's as it is...:) I can't find a way to change it, as it mandatory by red/white painted lines on the runway.

    Had a quick look last night, a big thanks for releasing early Tuttle

    A 2nd option to include some cones here & there would be great!

    Bumps are done just right, rest of track feels very very flat (could be as the real world version though I guess)

    This is a super time trial lone car track

    Yup, the track is almost of the time flat...it's a small airport (and they use it), so I guess the main runway don't like to much bumps. For what I saw in lot of videos seems like there are not any major bump, except each main entry/exit from the runway to the perimeter road due the different tarmac weldings, and they're on the track atm. But I'll introduce some sort of bump noise, just to add some more feeling. As this layout it's just a small part of the entire road available (you can see it even in the aerial shot above, in the top part of the picture), I prefer to wait to close the entire perimeter before adding random bump noise everywhere.     You going to have a look at the above Tuttle? ^^

    The AI are pretty good here already but they do take off over that curb...

    Mind you, that might quite appropriate seeing as how it`s an airfield lol...

    This is my fault honestly, as I asked Ethone to be more aggressive on the gambon exit, passing on that curb. This is what really happen most of the time during Stig's lappings...but probably we need to step back for a more AI gentle approach...:)

    Of course will be done, but with a major update, not for the upcoming next one. :)

    PS: if you guys get some major bug and you want to be sure I'll spot on, please, send me the post in PM too so I don't have to spend to much time reading the forum all the time. Thanks for your help.

    Think this will become one if the main " must haves "rfactor 2 tracks for a long time to come

    On the strength of time trial alone

    Good to hear it`ll be looked at Tuttle, I was sure you would look at it but just wanted to be sure you`d seen my post.

    If any bugs are found in future I`ll PM you too as you suggest. :)
