The video mentioned on Twitter was for track approval, which some licenses require. It's pretty scary really, as they have the right (with this particular license, and with some others) to say no (even though we have spent months working on it) up to that point. It was my way of letting you know the track was close, not that I was making you a video. In any case, I don't think it'll be today personally, and I've had no notification from the devs it'll be today, either. With regards timezones, I am actually an hour behind Ann Arbor. I'm a 4-5 hour drive away (west). Just google "what time is it in chicago"
I think it needs balancing somewhat, yes. So that 100% on one track and your skill level, means 100% on another track will be your skill level also...
Bah... I wanted to finnish this up with some amused text and so on... ahhh well, next time I will be faster to make a retouch and come up with something funny.. grr
