Yes, that's right. In the case of open wheels, it's better than a real V6T. Everything is better than the V6T.

Just for clarity, Steam seems to be suffering from some global issues at the moment, which is why some people are struggling to purchase the new car. This appears to be a problem across all games, however we expect it should be resolved soon.
