- Fixed stuttering on Replay Monitor screen.UI- Added sector and lap timing to full screen replay bar

For me the stutter in the replay isn´t fixed. It´s still stuttering only in the RC version.
 
It's unbelievable. Pls give back the player names to the game. The TAB (display vehicle labels) button isn't working, and i don't understand why??

the UI is getting worse and worse after all updates. pls check Better UI from Cselt. Much much better.

what's your goal? we need to play with ACC??
Unfortunely i am adding absurd light variations in a ten of a second when sunligjht come and goes, no timestamp and pedal overlay in replays and no more asterisk icon in the setup page indicating the track we are....
I hate the set up horizontal bar to change car set and i prefer the previous pages

More: each time i am going out from a server my rf2 close and i return to desktop

I don't want to play acc but i am upgrading my pc.......a buon intenditor....

Come on. They just fixed a long list of bugs and you pointed out the one thing that is not fixed. We finally have lap times etc. in replays. Sam with the higher reflection rates and documented anti-alias options, those have been requested for long. I'm sure the player name labels will come.

You clearly haven't checked out the release candidate then. It's all in there. It hasn't moved to the main build yet but it probably will very soon

I've got to agree. I recently fired alot of shots at rF2 and the development but you got to give credit when it is deserved. Granted, I haven't tested the latest RC but will do so anyway. It's been stated hundreds of times allready that the old UI won't be updated and I hope that it stays like that. That time is much better spend on fixing the new UI with future proof technology. I guess some people still don't get that adding just a bit of stuff to the old UI was a pain.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember that they had addrssed these bunch of bugs or changes with an update.
Sirusly that list is huge.
Maybe it's the outcome of partenership with MotorSport Games.

with my old UI, I have not many bugs.....but a giant lack of features.
 
One slight issue for me with the new RC.
My dedicated servers are run as a full RF2 install on a machine with no gfx as such. So I have to roll back to the old UI in order to get the steam workshop updates.
I then update to the latest RC after the updates are done.
With the latest RC, I have to have steam running in the background or the servers shut down without getting to the first screen.
Workaround I have found is to run steam in the background but in offline mode, or they will shut down again as soon as I start rf2 on my main machine.

I would say the timing is a little too early in the MG marriage to have affected this long of a list. Of course that might be our sense of timing of S397 fixes, but I would think they had to be deep into working on these issues before any prodding from MG.
 
Nice update, especially the rate of animation of reflections.

This build still have abysmal track loading times caused by "UI autonomous render thread": true in player.json.
This setting ("true" by default) cause track loading times to be much higher than with it set to "false", as the dedicated UI thread slows down track loading considerably.
On Portland, we are talking about 35s loading time with it set to "false" vs a whooping 1min25s with it set to "true".
Please look into it.

EDIT: This is only the case when V-Sync is enabled either in game graphics settings (especially when set to "Video") or in NVIDIA Control Panel
