[REL] LIENZ Conversion

Much improved! It seems like the cobblestones have more grip than before, as well as the dust being gone.

Any plans to rework the AI? They're very slow in some corners.

My FPS problems are totally gone now thanks to the dust being removed. Awesome!

AI needs a little work, I agree. Especially in the fast downhill section they're a bit weak.
And maybe a little too strong on the cobblestones?
 
i did some test laps with wsgt megane , isi civic, the ostra mod...it's such of a funny drive experience!!! and the graphics looks nice too!!

Just a little sidenote i mentioned last time i drove the track. There is a little error in the loading screen picture which shows the country. In the red area is switzerland attached to austria which is a bit wrong. :) Maybe you wanna change that to Mario but its not really neccessary because it seems its the same loading picture on all conversions of lienz in every sim i drove recently :)

it's a great track, one of my favorites with all cars except modern F1.
Unfortunately, AI is too slow in some turns and this prevents me to fully enjoy the single player races.

Having had a quick race I can only guess that the AIW is a direct import of RF1 which means it's lacking RF2 features, I loved this track in RF1 and as I'm learning AIW I'm happy to take a look but cant promise anything!

Edit: sorry scrap that seen antoher track that I wanna pratice with!

But where is one of the other versions? Rally Hillclimb or GP Short... can somebody give me a link?

The original rF1 track had a LOT of layouts- the GP layout, the 24H, both in reverse, the hillclimb etc. I hope these other layouts can eventually be converted as well.
 
Me too and don't forget there was also a longer version planned that went to the next town or something like that. I've been driving the rf1 version quite a bit lately. The 24 hr layout is insanely great.
 
 
It is a superb track, the tecnique required for the cobbles, the dangerous air you get over the hump, danger everywhere basically, I love it, thankyou for all your work!
