Realistic means you feel what the car is doing through the steering. If the wheel is randomly oscillating in a straight line then you can't drive it like a real car, because in a real car when you come out of a corner the self aligning torque is what guides you onto the next straight, if you don't have realistic self alignment torque you won't know what you're doing. There's a reason why so many people are saying they don't feel confident through corners in LMU.
Maybe you thought I meant realistic physics is noob friendly.
There is a lot happening in LMU right now, just look at the forum or discord. Things not working, things half working, UI options that actually aren't meant to be there, or don't work properly. A tooltip that gave the exact opposite of correct advice for DD wheels.
Day 3 of EA: let's not jump to conclusions just yet. As everyone knows, this is an enhanced rF2. The physics hasn't disappeared. (nor the ways FFB levels are calculated, something many people apparently still have no understanding of...)
