[REL] TrackMapPlugin V0.96 32bit & 64bit

Track map has worked without problem for me until today when I installed Track IR. Is there a known issue or fix for this problem Track IR works ok but now Track map does not load.

EDIT : Problem fixed. Something with the install of the new Track IR 5.4 software overrode the MVCP120.dll. I reinstalled the C++ redistributable and all is good again both plugins now working.

I also read a similar fix for getting the delta timing plugin to work as well.


After installing the "vcredist_2013_x64.exe" (Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable x64) from folder \rFactor2\Support\Runtimes\ the Deltabest-plugin finally works.

So you need an installed C++ runtime under Win10. Perhaps this info could be helpful for others too.

Hi,

Track Map has been working well for me for some time now.

The other night... I got in my car and saw that Track Map wasn't working at all.

I hit the 0 key on my numbpad and the map came up... but that's it, just the map.

I've tried toggling the items I wish to show from "Show" to "Hide" and back... still nothing.

Any ideas?

I have tried re-installing Track Map but rFactor2 folder is set to "read only" and I can't seem to unlock the folder and have it stay unlocked.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I bought recently rf2 on steam and installed the latest trackmap, it works fine with 64 but it crashes if i run rf2 32.
The files are in the right folders and i tried using d3d9.dll v095 someone gave me. The reason i want to make it work in 32 bit is because softth doesnt work in 64.

– Re-enabled some gizmos for brake wear and temps.

Will this plugin be updated so we can see brake wear? Right now you have to press ESC and check in garage and it shows brake wear in cm. Can this be enabled in game now?

User long the excellent plugin Trackmap I encounter trouble since I moved to the triple screen and multiview. The information placed on the external screens disappear from time to time, sometimes at great length. By disabling the Multiview, the problem disappears. I read that many had this problem without that a solution will have been found.
I therefore appeal to your knowledge whether a solution exists.

I'm having trouble making the Trackmap plugin for rFactor 2 run smoothly. I have this issue in rFactor 2 where my game will crash upon clicking "Race" and going on track. After pressing "Race", it takes a second for Trackmap to load up. However, when the game crashes, it seems to crash at the moment where the Trackmap plugin would normally become visible on my screen (if that explanation makes sense). I have tried numerous installs but the problem persists. Graphics drivers are up to date and the Microsoft VC Runtime Library components are installed as they should be.

The weird thing is that sometimes it works on the first try, but sometimes I need to restart the launcher and try going on track 4 or 5 times before it works. So it's not something which is consistent in that sense.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

I'm having the same problems here. I need the plugin for league races where fuel place a big role but having rFactor crash on about 1 out of 5 qualy or race starts makes it difficult to use. Anyone able to help me out? :)
 
Hello, trackmap was working good for me, but now all the sudden it flickers constantly. Any idea how to fix it? I reinstalled it already by deleting the files and redownloading them.
