FYI, so far all skin/paint problems people have experienced were the result of naming conflicts. My Spark skin was named the same as my skin in the Eve community pack, so renaming the Spark skin took care of the conflict. Naturally everything looked fine on my computer before renaming...

 

Well it sure looks good now, and you were very fast Niz Win! I secretly want to drive the Spark too, but I have such a nice Eve skin it seems, uh, wrong. But I'm going to swipe a Spark skin I fancy and drive it next week! All Sparkys to the front!

Yeah was a fun race as always.
Only i wish i knew what happened to Billy, all of a sudden he was gone.

 

I got myself turned around going the wrong way on the front straight on the second lap..., every time I tried to turn around I ended up facing the wrong way again After several attempts, I saw the leaders coming around again so I bailed. There;s always next week! Nikos was unbeatable.

 

After grabbing pole by 0.002 sec over JP Simard, I had a terrible, TERRIBLE start... from grid, you can't see the flag and the start horn was drowned out and seeing cars moving in the mirror was my only clue that the race had started. Then at T1 exit I tangled with someone and came out in 10th. At least it made for a fun race to work back through the field for 2nd, down 5.x seconds from JP. JP had a lock on 1st from his second place start.

There was a moment around lap 17 or so (?) where I disco-ed when running down the back straight with no one close. A few players dropped off the HUD and then they all did, but by the time I reached the downhill, everyone came back. Probably the longest death I've ever come back from!

This weekend's 'Just 4 Fun Series' race will be held at Loch Drummond. We'll be running the short layout.

Attendance has been great, recently and I hope that the momentum continues! Newbies every weekend, it's been a lot of fun!

If you haven't attended one of these races, you're missing out on a lot of fun! You don't need to be outside, looking in, come join the fun!

I just migrated to Steam and I don't see the F3 Fanatic server on the MM, is it down or is it invisible on Steam? Just wondering...and if it's invisible, what's the workaround?
