Most of the AIW for "those" converted tracks is subpar.
And multiview thing:

ps: i have multiview enable on video settings, i know its working. Just cannot change that ingame. I dont even see relevance to this option. I´m perfect fine setting this before. Just reporting
And the relation to this?
– Instead of on-path wetness and off-path wetness (neither of which were properly computed anyway), we now report minimum and maximum water depth along the main path to the plugin scoring interface.
Same to me (windows fonts at 100%) but cant change hdr profile in here
– Mass imbalance from flatspotting is now correctly modeled.
So how does one select different legacy profiles since the UI is screwed up? And how did this get past QA?
You can manually copy the hdr profile and current track profile to the track's setting folder.
I didn't test enough to know if legacy hdr still works. All what I say is that enabling legacy HDR is not the cause of empty listboxes in the UI.
Just adjust your Windows font to 100% and be happy with new UI. I have to revert to 125% to avoid blindness after play rF2 but no big deal.
Does this mean that driving around with screwed up tires will result in "worse" ffb?
Also, are there any opinions on the physics changes?
Nope, it was with new tyres, no flatspot possible
Agreed - "enabling legacy HDR is not the cause of empty listboxes in the UI."
Doesn't even make sense to me why this would have any effect whatsoever. I have legacy enabled and all listboxes are populated, but I do have fonts set at 100%.
No, my post mainly refers to this "very heavy rattling" phrase.
Autoupdate worked fine, tested with H6 at Lime Rock and enjoyed!
I haven't tested enough, but even if there is no word about it in the release notes, I believe that the blatant overexposure in cockpit view introduced since build 906 is now gone.
I have tried VLM Mid Ohio with Venom and FISI and legacy HDR disabled in JSON, and to be sure removed HDR files from track's settings. The skies are now blue and not white, the track looks apparently similar from OW and a tin top.
I hope I am not taking my wishes for reality.
Can someone else confirm?
Tested with other ISI car and track combo the overexposure remains.
No change in overexposure, it depends a lot on sun position and time of day but it' still there very obvious if you choose for example Nissan GTR and Silverstone. Most obvious of all if you drive VLN layout of Nordschleife which has sun position low, sky is mostly totally white from cockpit.
More rattling can indiciate something gets transmitted to your wheel at higher frequency, which can actually mean improvement. There is FFB smoothing option for that in game, G27 and other wheels using non-belt driven FFB will always need filtering.
Didnt updated yet, neither own install neither the dedicateds. Current champs almost finished, update after.
Can anybody tell me if its possible to use the new UI in old builds like 910?
Ran Venom at Limerock and I found FBB more informative of the grip at the limit, but may be I am on a very optimistic mood today.
Yes you are right, I tried Nissan at Silverstone and it is still awful (Venom dashboard is lighter than Nissan).
I guess we must still wait for this fix.
Anyone else getting dark virtual mirrors WITH HDR? This is with auto update. I will try lite install over also.
Edit - Now after installing Lite over existing i get...
Edit #2 - Going to re-install from scratch to a different directory...
Edit #3 - Solved with lite re-install to different directory
