You shouldn't, no. Activated? If you're currently running a version where we borked it, yes. You'll have to download lite and install that.

A: No this isn't the full new contact patch. Just parts of it.
B: This enables the full physics engine on the player driven car when under AI control. This only works in DevMode and is mostly for testing.

I don't activate on my dedi to save using up my activations (If that's still a thing?). It's no bother anyways chap, just installed lite over the top of the old installs :)

That project has had to take a significant step backwards due to the time it seems is required.

If I understand correctly, none of those things you dislike are in the UI, they're in the track files, which is content loading/loaded.

First post says the only reasons I know of so far, which is Windows font sizes and the legacy line... Sorry. :(

I think you change the weather to scripted then you can set the RR.

In my view this build means a big step towards comercial success, if you add the excellent mods released ultimately. A progress with HDR is all that is needed to present a very strong alternative on the market.

    Congratulations ISI.

    P.S.

Bugs are to be expected after such a radical change.

Functionability and distribution is not about content stuff :) For example, vertically only about 2/3 of the screen is used, there is much space wasted with the fixed series/car/track/settings stuff on the right side when you're selecting a track/car (could have been hidden like when you are in the options menu). That is just in the main menu, but then when you are on track, the UI just looks like if the designer didn't know exactly what to do... it just doesnt fit well, let's put. And again things could have been distributed more wisely. I don't see any relevant UI change at all except the new visual design and the setup garage, which permits you to see what's going on in the track while tweaking the setup, but that's something we already had with Eduard's UI, for instance.

I see some good taste in the new graphic design/colors choice, I really like that, but it's not very well executed in my opinion.

There is a playerfile parameter "Drive AI Physics" that when true will let the player drive with the AI physics when toggling AI control in Mod mode and single player races. If you hold shift while toggling AI control, the AI will not take over driving for you, but you can drive with the AI physics.

Why would anyone want to do this? People who record the AI driving line or set up AI physics files find it useful when tweaking car parameters.
