No, it isn't automatic. It isn't called DRS though. Don't know the exact name, but I believe it was 'rear flap', or 'rear wing flap' (something along these lines anyway ;) ). There also is an option for the front wing, but there aren't any cars that support that yet.

Yep it's "rear flap".
I guess the front flap button could be used by modders for older F1 seasons for example, where they could change the front wing twice a lap.

OK just goofing around because curious what replays would be like with tire sounds of course this is way over the top but fun to watch I think although purists will surely vomit LOL

Doesn't look like rF2. I've never seen the HUD element on the left before. Also there is no visible real road stuff and who plays rF2 with chase cam? :)

Of course, I could be wrong :p
 
This is definitly rf2 man!
The hud element is a plugin called trackmap plugin
+ we can recognised the pink/orange color on the sky and the track on far distance!
