    I have something to contribute. I made this for FOV horizon comparison and noticed that the change in fov like you would find in an external track camera for beauty shots completely changes the colors due to the haze effect.

    So the reason a lot of people are noticing screen inconsistency is their fov differences in screenshots.

    I was just testing the new modifier in the PLR they added. Plus it is easier to see the track for tests like this. I put the cockpit it back on afterward.

    Point is if you take screenshots close to the subject with a high FOV you are going to get a different color palette then if you take distance shots zoomed in. Far more exaggeratory then real life.

    Yes, ok, I remember shooting with big zoom lens, and yes, things got...grayer now that you mention it.
