SOLVED Reported crashing with new build

I think it's not that the problem..
For the Vehicle section in Dev Mod, the only Mas files I have are those installed by default...out of the Skip Barber folder, cmaps and Multicar; inside Skip Barber folder the Skip Barber, and Skip Barber sound.
Should I delete these mas files?....I don't think is this the solution.
 
Ciao ragazzi, ho problemi ad avviare il gioco. Ho sfogliato un po 'nel forum e non riesco a trovare la soluzione. Fondamentalmente, avvio il gioco ma non si avvia. Non mi dà errori alla fine di questa operazione. Ho già reinstallato il gioco e convalidato i file tramite Steam, ma il problema persiste.
