Renault Clio v1.0 Available

It sounds like feeling is lost at the wheel while shifting.
But as this is a seq box, how do you have the time to sense it Pax? Are you using clutch?
If you do, then its proper to loose some feeling as there isnt torque going to front wheels atm.

(or I didnt understand anything)
 
Fixed the sound bug , simple .:D
Just went to the audio set up and set all the volumes to half of what they were , now sounds fine no more distortion . Might not need to go as low as half but it's a good starting point .

The torque fed through the steering column caused by shifting gears does not seem to be correctly superimposed over the torque caused by suspension and tire forces. It feels like the suspension and tire forces are (at least partly) cut out while the gear shifting force is played. It is especially noticeable while turning and shifting gears at the same time, as you lose self-aligning torque while shifting.

Don't know how large the effect should be, but there certainly should be something noticeable going on with the FFB during cornering and gear changes, because the FFB mainly communicates the front wheels to you, and cutting to power to front wheels should definitely do something with the FFB.
 
Ok. I downloaded this via the main download link. Placed it in my packages folder as I have with the other mods. I enter manage mods though and it doesn't show up in my list!!

I only have official ISI mods and a couple of 3rd party tracks. I didn't install the leaked version either.

Any thoughts peeps :).

Just a thought. Are you sure Mod Manager is looking in the packages folder?

Not tried this b4. I didn't notice it in the Series menu, but I'll have a look 2moro when I'm home.

Yeah I checked this last night and it was looking in the right place!! I've installed all previous mods with Mod manager without any issue!!

At ManageMods go to Options and see if ShowModsOnly is checked. If it isnt, check it and RenaultClioCup will appear at list, right click and install.

Thanks Axeslayer its gone now, all though i had to put mine lower all the bars are say 25% up, distortions gone now,. Cheers for temp fix.
 
My rF2 has auto-lift disabled (in the .plr file). When on throttle, and shifting in corners traction is lost just for a moment, and ofcourse it transforms the feeling through the wheel. When the front wheels regain traction (just a couple of tenths later maybe) the feeling of the tires comes back.
 
love this car, wish it had more than two tracks to use it on though, or is there a way that you can make it use more without using the all cars and tracks mode?

That pass @ 3:54 was NEVER on. It was always going to end on tears. The kid gets upset and it was his fault!
