That looks 100% correct. OK, I tried this in build 90, and I get the same behaviour. So for now, assume it will be fixed in the next update .
A bit late, but just wanna thank ISI for the great job on the Clio's, there are incredibly much fun and very nice to drive. There have been remarks about the ffb and in particularly about the loss of ffb when losing front grip, but I personally feel it's just right and the only way the state of the front tires can be translated in a believable fashion to the sim-driver, who only has a steering wheel to rely on. Keep up the good work guys and seeya all on track!
Omg Clio's feel incredible to drive...for some reason I think the FFB feels by the far the best on this car, it feels nice and heavy and I don't get the total loss of FFB when over the limit that alot of people mention. Brilliant fun!
I've understeered badly a few times and the steering went instantly light, I would say it is on/off, on a cheap road tyre at least.
I`d also quite like to try some skinning but have never done any before either... be interesting to see how you go with it Nismo.
Feels3 -gosh looks like your doing a super job on croft, really looking forward to ths one, is the track this flat in real life? Thanks for posting (-:
It is indeed. We have a lot of fun in Clios at Croft today: in sun and or on wet or even drying wet. Looks like this track is dedicated for such cars. I'm sure public release is coming.
Wow Feels3...Cant wait. Havnt tried the Clios in anticipation for this track...one big surprise day that one
If MaXy is impressed then you know it's good. Does look really good. Feels should do Cadwell Park, this type of quality and that track is a dream Tj: Well first i need to find a guide on how it works with rF2. I have never done any before for any sim but really want to learn.
The most difficult and time consuming thing about skinning is when you are trying to make paint lines cross sections in the skin template. Without something that allows you to view the car in real time as you update your work, you have to save the skin, load rF2 and check out the car, then exit and get back to Photoshop or what ever you use to adjust things. In some instances this could take quite some time going back and forth to get things to look right. Having car scene's for 3ds Max would make things much nicer as long as all the textures are mapped correctly
you can run rF2 and Photoshop side by side (I have a second monitor, comes in handy then ) and reload your just saved skin in the car spinner. No need to quit/restart rF2.
