Like I said a year ago you crazy you think MSG will allow LMU to be trumped by rF2 releasing Imola first.
Not a chance imho, can you explain to me why they would do it even when MSG is betting everything on WEC 2024 ?

It does not matter if they are different tracks, it would still take the gloss off LMU, although who says they are different?

Why would Reiza and S397 make 2 new separate terrains and maps so one looks and feels crappier then the other ?
For me makes no sense whatsoever and would just be another mistake they make.

If everyone has to hang for LMU Imola then 2024 will sell better.
If you start making rF2 a clone you defeat the purpose of LMU to take S397 forward not back.
If WEC 2024 is not success then how on earth would rtF2 Imola be any different.

If I was head of sales WEC2024 release then a week later rF2 Reiza Pack.
Actually on previous DLC sales why will Imola make one bit of difference ?
Look what we got, Belgium and Italy virtually rebuilt, Isle of Man full road, Dundrod all free.
What did they do for rF2 numbers, I tell you virtually nothing.

Do you think these companies are just a couple of guys that cater to your personal wishes?

They are both busy developing/supporting new titles, why would they spend further resources on something thats 15 yo and has become been pretty much irrelevant?

What's really becoming irritating it's all that contemptuous talk from a handful of users towards the users enjoying rF2.

If it's so irrelevant to you why spend your time here criticizing others? Go play something relevant.

Im not hating on rf2, in fact I play rf2 exclusively and I love it. But this is important, “For what it is.”
A 15 yo game that has proven its value but never lived up to its potential.

I come here to read up on my favorite sim, the irritating part is having to read through all the self entitlement and complaining from people expecting the devs to continue sinking money into something that doesnt make any money.
Id love for rf2 to improve all kinds of things but its very likely never going to happen.

So in my opinion you have it the wrong way around.
Im not negative, just realistic.

I see you want rF2 to be dropped. OK, but I hope you understand it's not nice to have your negative hopes spread in unrelated threads. I think it's being realistic accepting that AC is a very old and abandoned game with poor physics and whose users don't know how to tell apart a good mod from a horrible one but I don't go to their forums to tell them just because it's realistic.

I know very well that nowadays the bulk of the consumers tend towards games with realistic graphics and crap physics. It doesn't mean I want it that way and it doesn't have to turn that way. But if you want to keep insisting that it SHOULD be that way then at least use the thread for that.

I'll leave it here. Enough offtopic.
 
Guilty as charged.
However last 2 years I thought improving steam % dramatically could hopefully light a fire under MSG / S397.
The further it dropped from 80%+ more I tried. When in reality I knew in my heart writing was on the wall.
Lost cause, however I still believe if sim community on a whole supported ISII we would have ISIMotor3.0 probably 4.0 by now.

I asked no different then I ask of myself by buying all studios.
 
You got a statement from MSG that updates are on going ?
I thought every free studio track and DLC had little pre updates to base ?

Progress on tires model
the graphics lift up out of dx11 tweaking the btcc content
the online system etc etc

seriously this is disrespectful to the devs

I took the screenshot 20 secs before I posted, so can't be more than 7 hours before that. No idea what the default (logged out) timezone is.

@nolive721 hmm. now it shows me "Yesterday at 4:29 PM" lol. Not sure how that works. If you're logged in you can probably get the right time/day. (*ohhh... duh... so it's flicked over midnight on probably UTC+0 I guess. So as above...)
