@RSimioni come on Renato... why don't you release the updated track pack once and for all?
Do you really believe that by doing so you will, in any way, undercut AMS2?
There's logic on that and you are losing new sales, as people don't look at Reiza's packs as good purchases but would once updated.
Makes zero sense not to release what is, reportedly, ready to go.
If the car pack is not ready, leave it for later.

One of the S397 staff members few months ago said they wanted to include VIR and Imola into the online system, as there are a lot more new users in rF2 now it would be smart to have the RF2 Bundle out right now. The images that where showed made me believe the tracks where done or at least what was in the shots.

I agree the cars can be done later.

Maybe too busy and also collaborating with GTRevival
I was considering gtr revival was going to be just more smegma farted out of ians blowhole like pcars 3.. but, when i heard Reiza are involved i stopped to take notice.

It's not a Reiza problem, it's a game engine problem. If Reiza will pick rF2 code in future that will get my attention. If AMS2 is not big deal, i doubt they'll make a miracle with GTRevival...

Guys don't worry,
In a while we will have WEC official SIM and if you see the 2024 schedule,Imola is in.
So let pray for a rf2 conversion.
Also Qatar,Sao Paolo,COTA and Fuji

I dont really think the tracks and cars from LMU could be easily ported to rF2.
Theoretically they should be just the same for both games, but my guess is that s397 will put a good effort into encrypting them to avoid it.
Unless we are talking DLC, of course.

Why not sell the same track for two different products? People don't seem to have an issue with paying for the same content in GTRevival, AMS2 and AC, so I see no reason why it shouldn't be worth it to offer the same piece of tarmac in products that use the same base engine but offer inherently different content. I would buy a very high quality LS version of Interlagos, COTA or Imola without much hassle for rF2. The Reiza version of Imola is good but not on the same level as the tracks by S397. And I sort of have given up waiting for the updates. One thing that I have learned though is that I will be more carefull how I spend my money in the future. :)

How difficult is it for Reiza to make the tracks available first and then the cars?
idk, but why would they rush it? I don't see it as beneficial in Reiza standpoint. Would they sell more DLC? Probably a few. Are those tracks and cars licensed to be used in the new online? If they aren't, like some s397 content in the workshop, I doubt that many people would buy it.

Where have you gotten that information about content being licensed to be sold but not for online racing?

Dan.cam said on discord about using the Reiza tracks: "Once they're updated I hope"

So that's good news all around

PS I did see your 'if', so this is just for info... :D
