    Thanks but my trackmaker script is to big! I will use your AIW thing.. :)

    I use some code from your aiCAM (six lines ) to add a track cam from spline.

    Code:
    --frameRate = 25 -- changed												
    timeConfiguration.playbackSpeed 	= 3  -- changed 
    timeConfiguration.playActiveOnly		= true
    timeConfiguration.realTimePlayback	= true
    timeConfiguration.playbackLoop		= true
    timeConfiguration.useTrackBar		= true
    
    I use a simple path cam.. :)

    For decals objects i use a ray to get interception in face then move the decal points to interception point.

    All are correct and works but for a flat road! :) (i hate flat roads :mad:)

    You have the position of a quad but need to adjust the four points to road.
    I do this for each point of decal object
    Code:
      normal=  [0.0, 0.0, -1.0] --  must be -1  don't know why.
      Vect_Ray = ray mypoint normal -- create ray  with quad point "mypoint"
      int_point= intersectRay mysurface Vect_Ray  --get  intersection with surface
      new_vertice=  int_point.pos
      new_vertice.z  += 0.001

    Yeap very hot...can't wait for fall. I told my wife that Hell called and they want their heat back.

    For the Indycar '95 mod I wanted to come out with a Vancouver and Surfer's Paradise and I wanted to nail the street textures and lines. Thank you for the help.

    I just use my "pointtools"

    An example for a pedestrian crossing

    Select the sources surfaces and move the points of selected EditPoly.

    I use in a rFactor1 track (don't have decals) and works.

    I'm still waiting for some updated ISI docs. Glad someone is pushing ahead with useful tools.
