Maybe a stupid question, but what to download from the first post?

The top two are V1,6 and the car itself is 1,5.....what do you get when you take the 1,6 than?
    Or both?

i use the v1.5 complete (108mb) gamefront link.
the v1.6 files are vmods only, not required for the mod to work.

    the rapidshare links are dead.
the gamefront links do work for some, including myself, but not for everyone... a antivirus block issue maybe.

    JGraf; thank you!

If the links don't work for some guys, I am able to upload the file's and share a link here so you can get it.
But I don't know how that is "politically".......think I need the makers permission for that?
I don't want to get into a "you stole my stuff" or something similar fight.......

I gave up on this mod once in the past because I couldn't get it to install for anything. At the time, it kept complaining that I was missing tracks even though I wasn't.

Recently, with the new builds gave it another try. This time it installed fine but now I have the same driver/car 3 times for each one.

Anyone have any suggestions to fix this or is this how it's supposed to be? It is killing the loading speed of anything when in 'All Cars' mod and you go to load a different car.

I admit i have not read through the whole thread, So can anyone confirm the driving views. In nosecam the camera is about an inch off the tarmac and in the next view its like i'm in a truck very high up, is this going to be fixed on a future update as i cant master driving cockpit view just yet ;)

Maybe i explained it incorrectly. Every other car i drive in rF2 has a nose or bonnet cam view that is positioned just at about the pit mans waist when i first leave the garage. With this mod the camera is at the pit mans feet.. about an inch off the tarmac, so when in race it feels or looks like i'm about to drive under the other cars, I don't change the FOV from car to car so it only apparent in the masserati. I can try and take some screen shots if you need.

For what it's worth, and I don't have a solution for you... sorry... when I had trouble installing this, several times, when I was able to have it installed without the duplicate/triplicate cars mentioned earlier, I had a similar thing except, while in 'Cockpit' view, it looked like I was sitting on the floor of the car without a seat. Sort of the height you have there.

I would guess your install is not complete or right.
