Released Long Beach Grand Prix Street Circuit

Which car to run on it...
Stadium Super truck ? I don't thinks so...
GT3 have an update for Q1 maybe look on side of IMSA GT3 (Lexus, Huracan Evo2, Ferrari 296).
Or GTP we have Cadillac, maybe Accura or the BMW M :p

As regards other street circuits and especially those associated with IndyCar, the foremost of those that we should want to see is Toronto. This has never been official content in any sim racing game: unique, compelling, and historically important.

I rather doubt we will ever see Belle Isle for rF2. That circuit will no longer be used for IndyCar, they are going back to street circuit downtown and it isn't even built yet so they won't be able to scan it until the summer.

The next one on the list should therefore be St Pete. It's been on the ChampCar/IndyCar schedule as a staple for many years. In fact, a bit surprised they elected to release Long Beach given St Pete is the first event on the schedule every year. But maybe we'll see another announcement .... don't see it though, the effort to build such street courses is enormous. LB is at least in this quarter, before the next build is due, so it does make sense. Kinda hoping all the BTCC content will get wrapped up first though.

Long Beach is a must have. I'll enjoy pulling out of the pits on Shoreline. Here's hoping for some online competition (CS) with this track and an ability to run the series without owning all tracks.

Aha good news! Ill be sure to get this one, I love the fictional Electric Docks.
Please dont go too crazy on the billboard ads, that ruins street circuits always a bit for me in sims (and in real life). The AMS 2 version of this is really nice.

long beach is great! it is an essential circuit in the usa in the same way as monaco in europe, macao in asia and surfer paradise in australia! it's really top and more I love this circuit .... we are still missing some essentials like road america, watkins glen international, road atlanta, sonoma and we will be good in terms of american "road" circuit

Just been watching the GT Challenge video, this track looks great. Has anyone tested it for VR performance before release? Don't want to buy it only to find it's a stutter fest (Ryzen 5800x, RTX3080).

Did this make it into the track? ...:p

RYz 3600 GF3080 - HP G2 running good.

Its really well done with trackside stuff, lot of work. Its not an easy track FPS-wise, in particular the exterior shots. AI is a bit mercenary, cutting you when you take a narrow line into a corner while at the same time aggressively taking a narrow line itself. AI slow into fountain section, but fast in some other places. GT3 cars are to big for this track, 992 works bit better. I remember from AMS there was some overtaking potential but here in rf2 its quite limited, in that sense its a real street circuit.

It's a very well done track indeed and it's for sure one that I will use more often. As I am only familiar with the AMS2 version and the modded one we had so far, it's incredible how bumby the track is as in other games or with other versions the track appears to be relatively smooth. That said, I hope that there is a bit of optimization on the way. With the graphics settings that I have been running for other DLC tracks the game isn't really running all that smooth. But it's a first release so I can give it a bit of time or tune down settings a bit in the meantime. AI also seems to be working very well and it's simply incredible blasting the Group C cars around the track. And that sound when you rev up and it unsettles the car ... simply amazing. :)

Hmm I bought Longbeach a few hours ago but it still is not downloading.
I have verified file 3x so far, shut steam down re-verify and nothing.
All the updates I have from today are all before the purchase.

I get this in workshop...
