You can create one, but as said, it don't works.
Does anybody has a scn entry from a rf1 or rf2 track where a track side monitor works?

tried both these object names with no joy . . . and various different material names again with no joy

yes . . . was loaded straight after loading berlin fe track . . .
after exiting the game and loading straight to track in pic screens were black again . . .

Seems as if we need at least 1 more information.
If you're exporting a fresh material with the correct shader, and it's not working, then perhaps there is some other issue. I don't have time to help any further right now tho.

Hi Bernd, did you use 3DSimEd?
I noticed that 3DSimed does not know this new shader and changes the shadername to T1 while saving, so the TV gmt would not work like it should.
The real shadername in the GMT should be "L2TRACKSIDELIVETVMONITOR", and voila >>> TV Jumbo screens work's again. <<<
I used framebuffer.tga as texture for the new TV screen shader.
So after that i noticed, that the you can see only one frame (in pit), but texture is not updated., let's work it out.
Such a pity, that I released yesterday the new Blackwood Version track without this working Jumboscreens.
But thanks all of you a lot, for helping.
Maybe thats the reason, why we (modding com) get that little information about that issue. Its just not working at the moment....
My uploaded mesh was directly exported from 3dsmax, with the proper shader and latest exporter plugin and it don't works.
Would you be so kind and upload/send me the mesh and texture(s) that it uses, where the monitor works and the according scn entry?
Did it work in devmode too?
