[REL] JT5 by UnitedRacingDesign-Shiro JT5 available

    Actual pit work time (driver change, refueling, tire change, including all) is less than 1 minute.
    When doing the same thing with JT 5 Mod, we have to estimate 2 minutes.
    JT5 is an exciting Mod. However, the time of pit work far removed from reality will halve charm.

    Driver change & Tier change (about 20 sec)

    2 min is indeed far to long. Are you sure you had no damage? Fuel and driver change should happen at the same time. Fuel should take about 40-44 sec and the tire change usually 6-10 sec but has some variation. Anyways I'll double check. Thx

    For your infomation,this is my servers results from "JT5&EGT 50 min. race" at yesterday.

    According to it, Almost JT5 drivers pit times were 90 sec.~ 120 sec. (Maybe no damage).
    At the time ,tire wear was x3, and fuel consumption was x2.

    Overall I like the car. A bit twitchy at the rear but it is tuneable. I don't like the off-throttle sound. It sounds a bit like a helicopter. Is there is a different sample you could use? As mentioned before, the sound-mix of the peripheral sounds of the suspension for instance is a bit off. Anything else feels/sounds/looks good. Thank you.

    As you can ear Flaux the real sound is like that.. :) the off-throttle sound sounds like a bit like an helicopter! :p :D



    In my opinion it is pretty damn close to the real thing! :D Rf2 on sounds it should be improved in the near future... probably implemented new options on the engine sound to have like more realistic for example... samples on transmission, differencial, and suspensions sounds :) .

    Hey Pedro, thx for the video. The sound off-throttle sounds more like ammo or so ? And you can hear it not right away but after a second (more or less) off-throttle... this would be just tiny changes to the sample. Just fine-tune.

    And the real engine revs quite a bit higher, or the pitch of the samples in rf2 is a bit off.

    Other than that it sounds great already!

    I know, I wrote I would wait for the T5 update before buying this car.

    After trying the beta of the new Aura, and liking it a lot, I had no option but to complete my URD collection.

    The car is very nice, as has been previously reported, a higher res mirror would be welcome.

    I have nothing new to say that has not said before in this thread, great car, best default setup I have ever driven, the first time I try a car for a few laps and race it without a change (not even brake balance).

    Surprising how informative and precise the car is, it has a lot of downforce and grip, but still needs to be driven, lap times are very fast, sound is great, tires work very well, another sample of how much RF2 and RF2 modding has advanced.

    Will start tomorrow to look for skins, or make mine.

    Waiting impatiently for the sister cars!

    Just testing this and no, this is not bug, rf2 update with nola broke our shaders now. this is just great...

    in all tracks the bug no?
    I tested the jt5 on assetto and... i want the turbo sound on rf2 :D
    It is more delicate on assetto and faster too :eek:

    I tested 2 tracks and got it but yeah you will have this now on all tracks.

    When I did the multi-play using both JT5 and EGT, from a player of EGT, I seemed to see a part of JT5 white.

    From 17 minutes 59 seconds, it is pointed out that a part of JT5 is white.

    @I_Bellett thx, yes that is the broken shader, we use same shader on carbon and body where you have no reflection at all. Im sorting this out today.
    And Miro is doing those few small updates to that were reported here.

    Yes I am so sad too ... she was more pampering on assetto (more brutal, better sound (Whistle turbo), more fast (setup?) Less expensive on assetto 0.10e but better LCD on RF2!! :D

    but i like this car...need NSX and Lexus!!!!

    V1.01 will be up in shop in about 15min. You can use the original download link to download it again.
    Changelog:
    -fixed shader name that caused conflict with latest rf2 update and for that whole body lost reflection and carbon used only AO texture
    -added hires mirror texture to the car
    -fuel estimation
    -pit time adjusted.
