This thread is quite old, in 3 minutes of google fu I found this:
    https://www.fia.com/sites/default/f...mp2_tyre_pressure_and_camber_spa_25042023.pdf
Now, I don't know these cars, so I don't know if it related to GTE, this is what I asked google:
    "fia gte tire pressure regulations".
Asking Bard Google the same, he told me:
"The minimum tire pressure for the GTE category is 2.0 bar (29 psi) for the front tires and 2.2 bar (32 psi) for the rear tires. These pressures are valid for all GT endurance races, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans."

At the time of this post, I found the rules and they clearly stated 140 Kpa as minimum allowed pressure.

All the required info are public, you just need to search them and read the ruleset of the year you are interested in.

TBH 140 kPa was the minimum allowed pressure stated by Michelin for security and lifespan of GTE sport tires, it was not mandatory by FIA rules.
I was wondering about the 180/189 kPa minimum pressure allowed by FIA and not "applied" by S397.
