That's kind from you, but I prefer to keep this one free and make more donations :)

Yesterday I posted this as last shot of my WIP on my discord.
After many hours I wanted to see the modelling at work in game, so I did add a few simple stone materials to get an idea.
This is the Coca Cola entry after the downhill section from T1.
Materials are not final or correct, but transitions are. Also the curb should be a bit less wide here. Other sections looked great so far.

Thanks to @soramame his reference shots, this curb section is flat in real life.

Ow yes for sure, the curbs are giving me thrills. The small changes on elevation, hills and downhill feeling are great. The TDF can be tweaked later on to give a bit random feeling on the steering if wanted.

Working like a freak over the weekend... While the sun is shining outside, I will do a small run and continue afterwards. This is the progress so far for the Fences and Tyre Walls.. Slow but steady wins the race!

Sunday I post the final result after a lot work over the weekend.

Can be, but this version will be almost perfect on a lot details and might get many updates in coming years. So in the long run, I have nothing to lose. Even a spring and autumn version are in my mind for this one. If it's possible, wait. It is possible , but that can be done after V1.

Take Spa Francorchamps for example, at this moment if I had a Spa version, I would have updated it to 2022 spec as upgrade package. I see Fuji that way. If next year they make a new shape on track, I can add that as extra upgrade to the version we have now. Read, more options and fun.

You mean having several versions stimulating track environment seasonal changes like its automated with CSP in AC?

great job Frederick Fuji's track is important in the wec series. there is no guarantee that the studio will make Fuji and if they do it will take time. will this version have night lights?

Nothing in rF2 works like CSP, what he means...I'm sure .... lol.... is that he will make at least 3 versions, A summer, Fall & Spring. If nothing else besides trackside folliage, the snow line on Mt Fuji should come further down the mountain especially on the spring version.
Very similar to the 3rd party Nurburing/Nordscheiffe. Several versions that we users choose prior to loading the track.

I know the limitations of RF2 thats why I said several versions i.e. not the single one we usually get

And a free well-looking alternative is always welcome to paid DLC... Granted this will be free :D

Even the electricity poles will have red lights for airplanes, what about that small detail? :D
The only thing I will not add are Japanese girls showing boobs, this makes sure kids can use it as well + less risk of someone hitting you in the rear :p

People seem to forget the smaller tracks on Fuji, great other events aside of wec, karting, drifting, mini race track. Not that I will make the tracks at this V1, maybe I will. Depends how much positivity and drive I will have at the end of this V1 release. With eyes on GPU performance it's best to release a part of the scene as a standalone track I guess.
Then I can eliminate unwanted 3D better.

So far it goes faster as making cars, less complex shapes. Only the buildings aside of the curbs and guardrails or the road mesh are a bit more complex to make but I'm used to complex modelling work. The biggest task will be mapping details and making sure the scale of textures is spot on. This will take time aside of perfect shaders in all conditions.

Had not much time to post updates here, but the fences, guardrails and barriers are almost done.
In 3dsmax I will make sure it really suits on top of the terrain.

    Since the start Saturday...

This morning + removing non needed 3D.

Reason is simple, I modelled and placed 5 models at once:
    - Fence front and rear view
    - Guardrails front and rear low poly to be used on higher LOD
    - Guardrails HQ below 800 - 500 LOD (needs to be tested)

At this moment of writing I'm seeding the pit lane with the last part of Fences.
    Same logic here, 3 models.
    - Front and rear fence + sides on texture.
    - HQ are the square constructions.
