I'd just love for DEBRIS to actually get reattached at "Full Repair", at current state you can make all kinda bodyparts fall off, but only WHEELS, FWING and RWING gets fixed - had to disable DEBRIS in our endurance league since it just confuses the broadcast commentators, a shame really :(

Has higher priority to me than vertex damage, scratches and paint exchance (even though it sounds pretty cool)

It's like putting two people speaking different languages in one room and tell them to write a poem together.

It would be real good if ISI would activate this color exchange thing. There is often contact between cars in a race which doesn't necessarily lead to a total loss of a car.
It would be nice to see after the race who was cuddling with someone.

pCARS has a cool texture effect on trackside objects such as walls when a car makes contact. MotoGP 13/SBK 07+ have contact textures applied as overlay too. All of them are static but in the Milestone context it has different levels (much like Assetto Corsa's dirt build up).

Just my thoughts. Not everybody thinks it's cool to actually contribute to a thread. Oh well.

Yeah the cuddle tell-tale should definitely be activated. It would rock!

No. If we could spare a guy to of something, damage wouldn't be #1

No doubt, other things are way more important than damage.

But man, I can't wait to see the damage model hopefully get more complex in the future. :)

You should post as much as you want. The more the merrier.
However you might want to review how your posts come across before posting them.
I do that, as well as I can, every time I post, and it usually turns out fine. Not much flaming that way.

Your first post in this thread didn't at all seem like a genuine out-of-curiosity question.
To me it just seemed condescending because of how you chose to phrase it.

"I hope you don't think..." was where you lost me.
I can think what I want, don't need/want anybody to tell me what to think, regardless of what I think.

I even pointed out multiple times that I don't see improvements in the damage modelling as a top priority for rF2.

Other people stated why damage improvements would be good for the sim.
No one seems to think that damage is extremely important but many do want to see it improved at some point.

    So that's it.

"of" should have been "do", but that was the only typo. ;)

Does this mean, damage is next in line? Or am I just misunderstanding something here?

    Or not. Who knows.
Maybe it's third in line. :)

How can anyone misunderstand that sentence ? No, damage is not next in line even if ISI has a spare guy.

I apologise. My English is not very sophisticated. I was euphoric, reading that damage actually was #1. I took the whole sentence out of context. I should become a journalist...
