'Could not connect to Matchmaker' fix.. :)

Application crash after about an hour and 30.. will try again as it may have been a one off..
 
Hey Jim, Mines a completely new install, including plr / mutiplayer files.. I've never patch rF2, especially with Beta..

Crashed again (application crash), this time 4 hours and 5 mins.. It had people come and go, but after 4 hours that was it..

I will post the app crash details when I get home from work, see if ISI can make sense of the application crash..

Back to nearly all default settings (server freeze is on, default ports [all open, dedi server], ...)... about the only non standard thing is a space in the server name. Just throwing that out there. ;)

I believe the crash is now fixed ... I will see if I can push out a new update relatively quickly.
 
Thanks Jeremy, very much looking forward to it :p We're just about ready to race, can work around anything else now we've got tyre wear.. just need the server to stay up lol

Without trying to sound selfish do you think it will be out within the week. ..i need to know so i can reschedule the start of our season if its not going to be

Maybe ISI can give both Radar and Jim Beam this update to test before public release, it seems these two members are having the problem more then others, they have also given good feedback on their results.
 
I gave it out to Sonar and Captain Morgan but never heard anything back ;) -- just kidding. If they PM me and I get time I might be able to do that. I have other issues I have to squash today but it should not be a problem. It will just be the dedicated server with the current exe version number.

i was trying to think of a comeback but the best i can come up with is that old Pearl jam song that goes..."Jeremy its broken..gimme the exeeee" and thats really really bad (but it is after midnight here) :rolleyes:
