In my experience the shadow problem is not track related, so I wouldn't waste any time with it. The track works perfectly here, so cheers!
Many thanks. The track looks really great at night, and I love how you used different temperature lights. Some footlights have a warm yellow incandescent look, and some are blue/white like LED lights. There's a lot of shimmering/flickering coming from some of the white lights opposite the pits. Is this down to the DX11 post processing effects?
It was a few days ago and there have been patches since. It was probably a combination of the in-graphics settings I used clashing with the post-processing effects. I'll install the patches and have another look this weekend. Cheers again
Tried Barbagallo out for the first time this morning - it both looks & drives great! Thanks very much Nibiru!
@Nibiru Thanks for the track mate. Isn't this the same track as where the V8 Supercars drive this weekend?
Some very off effects when using DX11 version of the game. Was not able to grab a screenshot but it gets at times it goes completely across the windscreen.
yeah that's what I had see grabs a few pages back.. But I reinstalled rf2 and they went for some reason..
I did experience the same thing today although I didn't get what time of day it was. I had road reflections on high after lowering them they went. What I could work out is... it's the wet reflections coming through as black blobs even though it's dry. Until the DX11 is at a more stable place I think we can expect to see some strange things like this. If the problems persist after that Ill fix them.
It's probably a good idea to clear out the CBash & Shaders file each time they update ATM. Also, using DX9 tracks and then DX11 tracks/mods will also occasionally give you this issue, so best to clear those folders again if it happens.
