I can see it. Why can't you? Just think for a moment before you triplepost next time - look at the direction of shadow of the car - this should give you an idea of where sun is and how thin will the fence shadow be.
Well, I hope that will be very graphically and therefore as if the tires blow on compression there is, and the lateral resistance of tires must be 100%
I do not see any obvious paduyuschey shadows on the canvas, just shading the wall ... I will show later in rF1 screenshot what I mean.
then translate topic subject first for your self so you will not write about tire blow in HDR topic anymore
I can't see either insects flying over the track or the young grass seeds sprouting. C'mon people, this is not GT5 or F1-2011. There's a balance to achieve. This is a simulator. Shadows are ok for me. Regarding to GT5, have a look at its shadows, they're absurdly squared. Codemasters F1 is better but is still coarse.
I bet these people complaining over the most inane details are the same people who drive with their keyboard
Being a sim doesn't matter that ther may be no insects flying around. Any detail counts. But if we wou'd talking about Codi's F1 or GT5... Check how new TrackMania looks like. It is a reference for gfx in racing games right now.
Three new comparison shots... http://rfactor.net/web/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/rFactor_2_HDR_02.jpg http://rfactor.net/web/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/rFactor_2_HDR_03.jpg http://rfactor.net/web/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/rFactor_2_HDR_04.jpg I wish we knew how much HDR "intensity" is being used because I really like the effect in some shots more than others.
Yeah, Might be a TOUCH too high on the contrast between light and dark.. God help us if that isn't adjusted.
Zeos, you keep saying "I hope it's adjustable" but Tim already said it is *Just keep things in perspective here... in that shot the sun is visible. If you did that with a camera it would either make the whole scene very dark or washed out, while standing there in person you'd be shielding your eyes or pretty much blinded by the sun.
http://rfactor.net/web/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/rFactor_2_HDR_04.jpg I think the heat haze comes from the brakes, but I wish to see some heat haze coming from a hot road surface in the distance (which also results in the mirage-effect we've already seen).
And that is why you should be able to bind sunglasses to a key. Your choice of color and darkness, polarized of course.
My version of the contrast of colors and shades. http://sim-tc.blogspot.com/2011/09/my-version-of-contrast-of-colors-and.html
Need to overlay one to the other and warp the opacity a bit. Just get some detail back in the darkest of parts.
