There is no reason to reinstall the game, although it will probably fix it. Installing mods only effects a few folders and you can clean it up manually. Check, the folders 'Installed\Vehicles(sounds/tallent)' for any Clio stuff and delete it, check 'rFm' for any Clio stuff and delete it and check 'Manifests' for any Clio stuff and delete it.
This new clio mod is awesome, great fun to run around in these great work ISI, my only wish is it would of been great for a new track with varied layout with it only mills people will get bored very quick, I know its beta and for testing purposes but one more new track would of made it much sweeter. Oh btw I decided to do a fresh install of the whole game and I am much happier now as now that horrible dirt look has gone from the windscreen
Theres some terrible drivers online lately, you know the ones who join and spam votes for straight to race then wreck on 1st bend Also some great drivers too who show respect, you got to take the rough with the smooth.
Yeah I agree with that, but you get that on any public server unfortunately. On the other side though - had some great battles with you in these!
Hi Mr English, yes great fun battles mate keep it up your very quick and fair. Wish we had more tracks with Clio mod, if i wasnt bored of Mills already i will be soon.
You just need a VMOD, either make or download one. As I type this ISR seem to have a Clio all tracks server running and the 'GET Mod' feature is available.
Ye I have to agree with that, luckily I qualify up front most of the time which probably helps but I've had some good races aswell Most of them didnt even end in T1
Do this ^ Just got the vmod, had to download a couple of tracks, but once I got it done, had some superb races on various tracks with these. Would be great to see 15-20 car grids on that ISR server.
I gave this a spin today and really enjoyed it, first race out and a win can't say better than that lol.
I'm just trying to have a race and Gijon Camaj puts me in the barrier , WTF ? is that any way to treat your paying customers ?
Thank you ISI, this is really great, loving it. FYI: I get the sound bug (distortion) too.... when in a full grid, but as soon as I pull away from them, it goes... but I'm over it having too much fun!
Hello All, I just tried the Clio for a number of laps around Mills, and while a nice car overall I did notice something that does not seem right: The torque fed through the steering column caused by shifting gears does not seem to be correctly superimposed over the torque caused by suspension and tire forces. It feels like the suspension and tire forces are (at least partly) cut out while the gear shifting force is played. It is especially noticeable while turning and shifting gears at the same time, as you lose self-aligning torque while shifting. What do you say?
