Yes, it is true, and not easy.
 
That's beautiful. But idk isn't better to wait for the next pack of cars by S397? In the RD interview it was asked if GT4 or TC class would be part of the game and Marcel said "one of them"
 
It also happens with the GT3, GTE, Apex, Enduracers, Simtek ... some circuits :rolleyes:
Presumably, the official content has to follow a "formal" process and costs to launch content. But we also have to value the great work of the modders who in a "handmade" and self-taught way manage to offer us their jobs. Maybe it's also the essence of rFactor. ;)

Didnt look like the announcement would take long. Meanwhile creator could wait and release all at once if the choice is GT4. But that's jusy my 2 cents. Indeed you are free to do whatever you want :)

Not me, I've got no issues paying for quality work. Then again I'm also not the guy asking s397 everytime they release a licensed car or laser scanned track if it will be free

It is a difficult question. It depend on many things, not easy to tell the correct answer. My friend working on the physics and sound while i working on the 3d and 2d, animations, etc. But he is at home only one week a month. So, to answer your question, i really don't know, maybe a few month.
