thanks, navigator! let me know, when you've fininished your talent file...if you want to share it. btw the current version of F1RFT2013 is 1.0, right?

I've just read, that the qualilty of this mod is much discussed. I' m happy that there are modders spending their free-time on projects and are willing to share their work with the public. the sim-racing community should always respect that.

Sounds good - the sounds are not the best part of this great mod. Will it still be possible to compete online if you change the sounds? It is not possible with the existing sound mod (F1RFT JTD).

Isn't this the same as trying to edit the talent file? You have to make a whole new mod? See some posts back.
 
I would love to try out this mod, but when I install the F1RFT2013.rfcmp file, it does not show up as a "mod" in the manage mods list. It shows up , if I click the " components " box. Once in rFactor 2, I do not see it as a choice. Am I missing something here ?

Update: OK, with the Demo version installed as well, it runs. However, I thought a "Full Version" was released. Mine says "Demo" in the description, since that is the MOD file I used. Where can I get the non-Demo version ?

p.s. How do I change the Tachometer range to go above 8K ?

The links at the top are for the Demo and the rfcmp file of about 600mb. I have those. That combination shows up as the demo in rF2.

Same download I already have. The rfcmp file. That needs an actual "mod" to hook up with to work, as I understand it. What file do I need to go with it instead of the Demo ?
 
The download at the rfactor.hu/news.php site is just the rfcmp file. I've been there and downloaded that.

The file in the other link does seem to be an actual rfmod file... It's only 400mb. That's 25% less than the rfcmp file. I'll see how it works.
