Yup. The horizontal rule is an HTML tag, and is a horizontal line. You can see what it looks like here: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_hr_test In addition, it is a tag in BBCode which vBulletin uses. The old forums had horizontal rule support but since it has gone to the current theme, the feature has not been available. I mean, it's definitely not a necessity, I just thought it separated content nicely
It was never disabled. Use hr tag and put the pixel width (just the number) between those tags. [hr]300[/hr]
Hmm... The bbcodes are messed up, looks like I have something to fix tomorrow. Unfortunately I had to recreate it as a different name. Use hl instead of hr. [hl]300[/hl]
It's weird. HR isn't even in the back end right now, but it works, and when I try to add it, it says it already exists. So something is screwy.... Argh...

...I think this is due for an update about now....XD Civic released, Panoz released, Karts released, Qubec kart track. Not sure of any other licence news though. Also, sad that they have so many F1 car generations covered, yet I can't see anything from the V10's in the early 2000's. Still, I can hardly be unhappy hahahaha.
