Uninstall rFactor and install rFactor2??

Ok, I have started downloading 146. Right now it's saying 1 hr 45 min.

 

Now it says 2 hr 24 min

 

Yes you do need 146 since that is the newest build. Then you need to download all the official ISI content from here "http://rfactor.net/web/rf2/rf2dl/

 

Thanks Hamad. I have to go out probably before 146 will have downloaded, but as soon as I'm back I'll let you know!

Okay, I left 146 downloading last night, and this morning I can't see a windonw saying that it's worked so.....I don't know if I have it or not!

Hi Hammad, I think something has gone badly wrong. Do I have to download Renault Clios and Skip Barber cars? I don't want to use any of these - just all the older cars really. Old Touring cars, old Grand Prix cars, Can Am and so on..... All the downloads appeared to have stopped. I have no idea what I'm doing....

 

At the bottom of the screen it says 'error on page'

 

The Corvette kept on downloading, but once it had reached 100% it vanished. Do I need to find it and then do all the pasting stuff?

 

Now I've lost track of whic of those v1.0 things I've clicked on. Does it matter though if it's for a mod that I don't want?

 

I'm going to leave this now because I'm completely lost and will only probably make things worse if I keep trying. I'm going to be here for another 45 minutes and will then be out until about 5:00 GMT if you still have enough patence to help!
