The case is that so often one can read posts full of sarcasm, that I was thinking this was the case, but maybe I was wrong, and I must thank you, Robert, for pointing that :D

nicely done and thank you T. Does anyone actually race on this track or just use it for time trials? I guess I love and hate the crossover..
 
I drive it when trying to get a handle on cars I don't drive much, ie, the Howstons. The track is more complicated than it looks. Other than that, it is a Tuttle track, what more reason do you need to drive it.
 
Playing chicken is fun however it would be nice to have a 3rd layout with no crossover so a more realistic race can be achieved.

Don't think there is a non-cross-over layout used in real life (and obviously the cross-over wouldn't be used for racing), but no reason we shouldn't have one in our rF2 parallel universe!
 
I am not a fan of the Top Gear show, nor the track layout. I must say, your interpretation is one of the best tracks I've seen in rF2. Great job Tuttle!

hello, i've tried several times to get this location to work , I've downloaded it then put it into the package folder in Rfactor 2 , But when I open manage mods it's not there ?
 
There are 3 possible ok layouts with that track. One being just the outer parts, the other two would extend to parts of the outer layout but would probably have a sort of Longford feel to it since the straights are so long.
 
Thought : it would be awesome if this were to be modified and altered into a Kart circuit. With the wide straights you could put down some tire barriers and cones and have some fun. :)
 
So when we eventually get an update, is it possible to add some taller grass and darker grass patches trackside? And also only implement pit speed limit when you're turning left at the end of the super long straight? It kills it when people can go 2-3 laps around the track before the car can come into the pit stall :P.
