After driving for several hours I think I can confirm this version is much better for the G27. At first I noticed much more rattling on road than before. Off road incidents are much less violent than before. I am not sure why it is different but it is better. I was able to set the smoothing down to 6 from 15-20. And the car specific to 1. I drove in all series. It is much easier to stay on the road with these FFB settings. It really feels nice. Dont get me wrong if you go off track at full speed into a pebble field and hit the wall the wheel acts like it will jump off the table! But it used to do that for me just getting a wheel off in the grass. Thanks ISI I LOVE IT

While tire pressures still aren't doing much the update to the tires seems to be more than just adding tire wear and degredation. I've had a chance to drive a couple of different cars now and they have all changed. I can actually drive the FISI now.
Tire wear isn't working in some cases for me (certain cars on certain tracks) is this correct?
I haven't tried all the cars but which ones aren't working for you?
not sure if this belongs is bugs or general feedback, but here goes.
tyre degradation not happening on corvette (malaysia, palm springs, portugal) wet and dry tyres.
this one is maybe a bug report: corvette backfire animation gets stuck when you change cameras - the flames are stuck coming out of the cars until they change down a gear and re-start the animation. driver helmet flickers and shows driver head intermittently on external cameras
no road reflections at all on any circuit. are there settings i need to have on to see this? also no rain on windshield but not sure if thats implemented. (any circuit, any car).
HDR has zero frame rate hits on malaysia but kills it by 50% on portugal. odd.

I think there is a bug in the rendering of shadows under cars -- which gives the impression the cars are floating. The shadow on the ground under the car becomes disproportionately less dark the further away it is from the camera. This is referring to the image on the tarmac itself (in this case Sebring). Shadow needs to be darker generally and darker especially when the camera is farther away.
yep, this is a effect to improve heavily.. the cars in replays are floating..
They have a lot of stuff to work out for the replays. Make a note and see how it progresses
We need the triple screen replays, please!
I have noticed the "load custom skins" in graphic options... I have it unchecked, but does it work yet!?
And while you're at it, replay and game interface in 21:9 would be nice (for me )
