So is this a (new) problem with the , vs . regional setting? Presumably doesn't just happen to people changing settings for testing? :p

Yeah it worked. :D The thing is, as far as I know, I never changed it, so must have happened accidently...

Regional settings are a bitch crashers for software....at least mine always crashed if I do not take care of decimals properly for example :)

Guess the launcher is doing some decimal conversions and not handled properly

No, you'd have one, in documents.

The benefit? When you uninstall rF2 you don't lose your replays and setups.

Wow.. Never would have guessed. Glad you got it working. That would drive me crazy lol.

Haha sure enough, I changed my decimal character to a comma, and had the same issue, changed it back, and it worked fine.

Okay I assumed it would have been like GTR and GTL in those you get TWO Userdata ;)

I can't even create userdata in C drive if you pay me, how do I do it ?
Like sorry.......... I assume again this is done automatically for "some" people.

Why wouldn't anyone have a backup protocol that saves their userdata and packages
etc. and replaces the previous archive if they are serious.

    Who uninstalls rF2 ? :)

The very first thing I do new build is delete the uninstall.exe so I can remove it from add/remove programs ( I do not like un-needed clutter )

If I do a new build my backup has already archived anything I keep every time it shuts, so I just delete the folder.

See that way nothing is automatically deleted by accident.......

I fail to see that as some advantage besides the fact if you run SSD as OS I do not see the value in wasting it for videos skins and such stuff.

It would make image backups and incremental a nightmare fo me. lool

I have warped perspective on most things :p.......... whatta going to do Tim ? :)

Keep all userdata and all rF2 in one location ............. or two separate location.
    No brainer for me.

What I would like for sims is a custom installer.

    Custom Install:

    Pre-run config. test

"Your recommend resolution is xxxx , please select from available options"

"Please select your wheel, pedals and shifter from drop down menus"

"If you have setups you would like to add............browse to archive"

"If you have plugins you would like to add .........browse to archive "

    etc. etc. etc.

    Start Install.

That way I would not get out of sync folder when I remove controller profiles not needed nor wanted.
    ;)
