The point I make if you can offline/online no permission gear anyway anytime you like.

"Certain" modders and convertors use respected sites to put pics up of either their no permission track with a recently released legit mod or a recently released legit track with their no permission mod. lmao

Then they straight link uboob of it.

If they can use their mods in private what is it makes them break rules to get a response in a screenshot thread. "Where do I get that !@! " from a newbie to start the ball rolling ....hey.

I don't publish it, this mod isn't public and if you see, I don't put this captures. All is private.

I only say that it seems hypocritical talk about stolen when all of us use tracks converted of Codemasters or Simbin.

MY IDEA

If I had a sim first thing I would do is let best rFactor teams and modders test it.

Then I would ask them to draft a COMMUNITY CHARTER and CODE of VALUE and ETHICS.


When you first downloaded xxx you would have to agree to the Charter.
When you installed xxx again you would have to agree to the code.

This would mean if you break the charter by posting links or pics to anything that does not
meet the standards at xxx forum or servers.

Your xxx licence would be revoked with no refund and you would be banned from xxx sites.

FULL STOP.

This would make those people that do not do the right thing wake up to themselves


That would not stop you running any rips with whom you wanted on private servers, lan or offline
and talking about them at any no permission site or utube till your hearts desired........

But some people just want it all their own way ....huh. ?
