As I said this was not meant to offend you or the the great work you've done so far, I just wanted to ask some questions on topics that I though could spoil the whole thing. It's really great to see you doing all this work and the speed of your progress! Concerning the Schwedenkreuz this link could help: Link If you watch the onboard front camera video you should see what I mean. After that long fast part you are comming up to a hill and afterwards slightly down to Schwedenkreuz, wheras in the Com8 Version this lefthander is up on a second hill. The GTR Evo Version is better here (watch the GMT Preview video e.g.), but I have the feeling it goes down a bit too much... something in between would probably be right. But I know it is hard to get good reference material. That is just the one point in the com8 layout that I found was not as I see it in real races. Probably, when I'd set one of my collegues that actually do races there in front of my wheel they would find some more small inaccurracies, but that is nothing that you should mess with at the moment. But there is still one question on the road surface. As you probably also drove the rF1 version how different is the FFB feeling of the "low mesh bumps" between rF1 and rF2? How big do you see the step in technology that ISI has done here? Please don't be offended by my questins and keep up the good work!
Re: [WIP] Nordschleife Tourist I think it is not the moment to correct track geometry. Doing that can be difficult without good references. I would release the track as a straight conversion of original track taken as reference. Only if you have the wrong wheel. that is just bad luck. Fanatec is okay, I can drive any low poly track one handed with good force. The Nords released is unreal you crazy not for running it. Now you got a better one getting done you still not happy. Act like spoilt brats , Nords , Watkins Jarama Kyalami all of them are great but not good enough for 95% of you to ever drive, pitiful.

Your welcome! I was curious to hop on the server (I'm not used to the circuit atm, still learning it ), but I can't see it. Is it online yet?
By the way real roads seems to be working. Got a few laps done with real roads set to auto save, and seems to me there is a path drawing... could be the built in skid mark, but looks real road to me. Your conclusions?
When I'll consider I can no longer improve it, I'll give whatever someone else needs to move on. Until that time, it's not worth to have work done on by two or more people, unless we have a plan or something. Plus, I want to learn as much as I can, so I can do more and more conversions, up to the point I can make my tracks. Would like to have a shot at one.
Exactly, even if I was confident enough to modify something as big as the landscape... having only videos and photos as reference is not very much helpful... If it was a place I'm used to go, and know well.. maybe. If someone knowing Nords enough wanna try to fix the layout issue once I'm done improving it, I really don't mind! Same for any improvements that can be done. If we can bring this track close to silverstone standards with the community... it would be great!

What do you mean? All mods are downloaded thru a file hosting. You download the .rfcmp put it in packages, install it, play it, same as any other content. Not sure I understand your comment as you meant.
Thank you pleclair! Excellent work! I'm super impressed, been following your progress on this for the past 2 days. It's already perfectly drivable, looks good (my graphics aren't all the way up, but still looks comparable to other good rF2 tracks), and it definitely has character! I couldn't make 1 lap in the Megane without busting up 3 corners of the car, and I had a blast that whole time. Great job, looking forward to more of your conversions in the future! Thanks again.
