hello all, got some info regarding formula pro tyre refinements (thanks to Devin) >> "The FPro tyre refinements mostly (but not exclusively) refer to fixes to mass imbalances. Effectively translating to lower vibration. That's the only fundamentally noticeable change." so here we are, in case if anyone was wondering like me. again thanks to devin for info.
Has the promised documentation on new sound system for mods authors been released? If not when can we expect it to be?
That's the proper fanboyism right there. To answer your question: no, I don't as I'm not even bothered to look for it. Please, reply to that.
I'd call it a passive aggressive question and adding anti-consumer doubts to my question, but what do I know.
That’s why I started with “just curious” so it wouldn’t be interpreted as shit stirring, I’d really like to know if someone from Studio has said that documentation is coming and if so when, I spend quite a bit of time both here and on discord and don’t recall anyone saying that, hence the question about the source.
You're welcome. Putting aside what triggered him to actually give us some answers on the issue that was a pretty informative post.
Had something interesting happen with my sound today. I mostly drive the GT3s and the sound mix has been good with the new sound, but today I was racing and realised I could barely hear my car and the opponents were way too loud, just like others have complained about. I checked the sound settings and they were unchanged. I closed RF and restarted and bam, the sound mix was good again. All setting were unchanged so there’s something else weird going on.
Please Fix the Replay Damage Bug. Damage not works on Replay. See the Screenshot. 1. Screen direct form live Stream: 2. Screen from orginal rf2 Replayfile:
Just for the sake of science, try to change your offline damage settings to match online server settings. I have a feeling that since Replay is "calculated" and not merely recorded, it may pick your settings when you play it and not retain settings of the recording environment. Maybe not.
