Q&A with Marcel from Studio 397 - Need your input

On my side I have some questions about future:
- Is work on Night lighting planned (because today it's poor)
- Is work on Night shadows planned (because non existent today)
- Is the Rain visual & physics are planned to be finished (today it's unfinished)

These are what I would like to ask too.

Will Studio 397 assign new devs to work with VR and DX11 implementation? Or will it be ISI implementing these features, as suggested by the RaceDepartment interview?

Will animated pit crew be developed ? Oh and grid girls ;)

Clutch modelling?

New licenses for cars or tracks?

What does he see as the priority for RF2 over the next year?

My question.

The features planned for rFactor 2 is the same as the future Reiza 2017 game. With Luminius involved with both Reiza and ISI studios, and both being ISI platformed, and a working relationship between ISI and Reiza (Interlagos in rF2) will the two games become one? If separate entities, will both games share the same engine? Will Reiza's content and licencing make it's way to rF2?

To those asking the question "when will we see the first build with VR" (not exact words quoted).. They have already said DX11 will be released in Q1 of 2017. So this question has pretty much been answered and no need for to be asked again tbh.

In reading posts, I see some important questions that could possibly be asked.

1. Clutch modelling?
2. Limited set of tires per race weekend?
3. Cloud cover / rain changing surface temperature variation?
4. Wind and Ambient Temperature?
5. Dirt / Grass on tires when leaving the track. Bringing rubbish onto the track when returning.
6. gJed development (I feel this is an important one)

Are the AI going to be improved? For example:
Sometimes they don't all go out to qualify and just sit in the pits
They only use a single type of tire
They have no proper race strategy so they all pit at the same time
