Oran Park conversion

well as there tracks have been and still are hosted at places like rFactor central, no grip and driving italia who all frown upon tracks without permission..thats good enough for me..is your comment your opinion or do you have proof?

i also remember them having a sub forum at RSC back in the day when Tim was boss ,so it must be ok as RSC were very strict on permissions

I agree. Tracks change with the seasons & bumps change- as long as a modder bothers to put bumps on the track (and Nibiru has) it doesn't really matter where they are. And since it's the competition of the race that matters more than accuracy of the track, being fun to race on is the most important thing.

I hope we see more from you, Nibiru. Don't let the haters get to you.

I`d say it does matter where the bumps are, certainly to a degree anyway. You don`t want a dirty big bump half way down the pit straight if there`s not one there in reality...

Plus (imo) the competition of the racing would be much better, the more accurate the track is.

I like every aussie track.

And the person that did rFactor Oran ( Dutch Devil ) did NOT release a whole lot of aussie tracks where ? Show me this whole lot of tracks ?

and MMM never had permissions to do any ORSM tracks.....

Very Nice Track. Thou I found some odd things in South and North arrangements.
When i first time start North arrangement car is in one of the AI cars. South arrangement all AI cars just bang their nose to pitwall and can't leave anywhere (a bit funny looking at it)

yes realroad is implemented although it doesn't look as drastic as some of the other tracks.

I will be tinkering with it but not too much.

 

The North circuit was mainly used by GoKarts and doesn't have many pitbays

Yeah, I think it is way to bumpy going into the last corner, apart from that it's really nice! Well done!

 

You need to stay on the inside less bumpy

 

I have updated the track and fixed the AI in South and changed some things in TDF.

I originally used LimeRock as my guide but yes the Mid Ohio TDF helped

Never thought I would be posting this, but I uninstalled version 1.0, then installed version 1.1, Now It won't show up in spinner view or list view.
Any comments?

 

Must be rF2 gremlins. Maybe a silly question but have you tried installing the track again.

 

My sincerest apologies, not a problem with track at all. I was running a vmod and had forgotten.
Got out of the vMod and found Oran 1.1 accessible.

I shall crown myself greatest Noob of all time. (at last, I own a title)
