I tested this and this was the cause of my LOD issue, many seem to be having "poof magic cars gone" as Dave would say, me turning the function off fixed this issue, I had it set to 60 and only the car behind me and 2 cars ahead of me would pop in and out all other were invisable with there name tags above them, I try'd 30 and the same effect 1 car to draw behind me and 3 cars infront all other cars invisable with name tags above them, Hope this helps anyone, turn auto fps off to fix LOD Now all 29 Ai and me 30 cars show in replay with this mod and all other mods including isi cars (yes they were effected by this to) P.S. Have to disagree here; I think the sounds are excellent, unlike a lot of the ISI cars which have a horrible 'computer generated' sound which sounds more like electronic noise than a race car. The Lola sounds great but yes, the quality of the sounds could be higher but they sound pretty good.
We had a server running last night with this mod and it was a huge success. At one point we had 30 drivers in the server with no lag and endless fun was had by all. Great mod, thanks for sharing it
Disagree with what? It looks like we have identical opinion . I was talking only about samples quality, but I agree that sounds are natural and lively.
OK I admit it. This is the greatest mod of all time. It's like a preview of Historix. I can't believe I'm saying this but I have retired the Spark f1 and not sure I will ever go back to it after this baby...
Finally had a chance to try this. Very impressive, really fun to drive. Thanks for the pressie, pixsim. Hope the final release will be as components, though.
I have the same as your video Dave Millard. I keep thinking drivers have hit the esc key when infact they still driving in front of me 200 metres down the road.
This is indeed very good work. I really love it! Sound is awesome just as physics even if it is in WIP stage. I didn't have any issues mentioned before with brakes, just had to fine tune them a bit.
Great car and I have fun to drive it in practice and qualification,too bad it isn't the same thing in the race!
My only complain at the moment is that it is way too easy to control the rear of the car when you lose it. Don't think the actual car was that easy.
