    Does somebody know what they actually did as a Hotfix for the Ambient sound?

    All we know is that they changed the Ambient.mas content in Core folder. But the as the file is obviously encrypted, so nothing more to learn.

    Ok thank you for the info. The ambient sound is much quieter now and it's awesome, because you don't hear the air horn sound like the guy is sitting in your car

    I think the reverb from the walls is a bit too overdone.

    When you're driving the nordschleife, it feels like you're in a tunnel half of the time.

    There are reverb settings in the player.json, I highly recommend adjusting them to reduce that effect. And I agree :cool:

    There is a shader "Diffuse + Bump + Specular + Ao" in coreshaders but it seems it does not work. At least it doesn't seem to work in my side. I would ask for support in correct area if it had any effect. BTW the shaders list seems to be a mess right now, there's no Gravel Traps anymore (used to fake ambient occlusion in some tracks) and tons of repetitive and enigmatic shader names.

    I can only speak for cars but in the new shaders if I have the map but obviously being a it is a static environmental occlusion, and the IBL standard shaders, if I have AO map and Bump map

    They changed the gravel traps shader long time now to bump spec map t1 mul t2 where the t2 is the AO map.

    i heard the berlin track from formula E is the only one to fully implement the new graphics changes for now.

    Portland will be a free track and will have all the graphic updates. Some of the free cars like the Nissan GT500-R have exterior PBL shaders, but I don't know if the interiors will be updated anytime soon

    I was getting something similar about ISI_Indianapolis. A lengthy session of running with trace enabled and cleaning up the errors it reports has failed to cure it.
