If you are using the Rift, try switching off ASW and see if that solves it.
Looks to be solely aimed at squashing bugs brought on by the PBR release. Hopefully this will either cure the AI skins not showing custom paint jobs or at least will be a step in curing that.
Just did a quick test, and it looks like the original skins are still being loaded when you try and make a field of PBR skinned cars. You CAN, however, load the PBR car at the standings menu and THEN the new shiney sparkily PBR graphics are correctly placed on an AI car. But that work-around has been known by many already. (nothing new in other words regarding stocking a field of PBR skins for offline drivers.)

I'm guessing our skins (mine included) are still not working because we're all using the json created earlier. It state in the release note that a change has been made to a region naming entry to make them work. so we need to either, create new json ini again for all our cars or a better alternative is to be given the entry that had the error so we can manually fix the json entry without the need to go back over all the cars to re-edit all the paint editing we have already done.
So Chris, Be a dear and point out the entry we will need to edit please, Thanks.

Only D.Painters files? Because it could take a while to check all files of my painted cars . But keep calm, I'm not in range of my computer and I will check my files after return from the Nordschleife.

Now now, it's for all of us, you included. We all don't need to send a file in it's just for comparison purposes. You want miss out on anything.

I could send my files, but Christopher would probably have difficulty decoding the red, green and blue crayons(darn those lines!!!)
Just a update from my personal work through on the skins issue.
I've set up one of the cars that has the json ini with all newly generated json ini from the latest update to test the AI skins. Unfortunately even with the new json the AI are still not showing the custom skins. The windows are showing but we know these don't require a entry in the json to work.
I did try to edit the original json so to keep the region settings I've already done but had a series off game crashes while testing this. I did try to compare the old and new json entries but couldn't find the difference, obviously there is a difference somewhere but I missed it.
Since last update, if a car have more than a rim available to select on the upgrades, the game mix the different rims while the car have different speeds. As example, you see a rim when the car is standing or at low speed, and then you see another rim at medium or high speed.
Can you stop breaking liveries with every update please! I custom made Adac masters liveries for the GT3 pack which broke again after the new update.You should know how long it takes to make liveries.I don't want to make anymore liveries because you will most probably break them again.Give us more liveries!!!
