I haven't done it in the new UI but it should be the same as this. https://forum.studio-397.com/index.php?threads/help-installing-custom-skin.49369/#post-819581 There are some important naming conventions so the game knows what it is. You can name the car skin anything you want but there is a limit on number of letters (9??) and it must EDIT (begin or) end in alt. So for example you might name your new skin "Clio56alt" or "altClio56" If you want a helmet in there it would be "Clio56althelmet" Once you put it in the file as detailed by Woodee above you can go to the garage and select the car skin. The helmet if you happen to select it in the garage might look weird in the garage (stretched across the whole car) but should be ok.
