Released Indycar IR18 doesn't upshift

Don't knpw why. I have reinstalled the game on public release. Works flawlessly. and on th RC i'm stuck.
Maybe a mod, maybe the safety car , i don't know.
Maybe it's not related to the controllers or wheels. But in the "core" of the game.

 

For info: done a complete reinstall of the game with new json. after all this : th issue is still here.

 

Just to eliminate another option, can you make a brand new controller profile? Start completely new, assign the buttons and keys just as if you first purchased the sim. Then save it under a completely new name.

I would feel more confident IF the regular install also was fubar'd, but....fingers crossed.

 

So have test 2 sets of settings.
One with my controller= issue is still here.
And i have set a setting with my keyboard = issue still here on the keyboard too.

What is fubar'd install please ?

Sorry but like i said even with the test Indy car the issue is here. I can make another video of it but it will be waste of time i think.
Both IR 18 Test and regular and F1 Pro (test and regular too) doesn't upshift in the RC . For me i precise.

 

The regular pack of IR18s are known NOT to work, don't worry about the full field, use the normal version of rF2(by choosing NONE) if you want to drive the Full group of IR18s. Same for the Bimmer, this test is only for the 3 different cars inside the test folder. You have said you have tried the test cars, but your video only showed regular cars not the TEST cars. (I wish S397 would delete all non-functioning cars from the RC so that ONLY oNLY ONLY the cars they want to test are visible.) The video showed you were correctly using the Release Candidate, but not the TEST cars.
A new video may be a waste of time, but this video was a waste of time, it did not address the problem of the TEST cars not shifting. RC is meant for beta testing and in this case ONLY the 3 cars inside the test folder. So, trying not to be rude, but we need to see how one of the two TEST IR18 reacts, not the 33 regular skins. v.1126 is the version you want to have if you want to use all the Indy cars like the 2nd part of your video displayed.

Hello new news about this isssue.

I have resolved mine. I was back to the RC this night and i could not shift bla bla bla .
BUT,
This morning i have perform a check files for the game and Steam found 2 corrupted files. After that the shift for the TEST cars only is back .
I can shift now with the test IR-18, and the test Formula Pro.

Quick note : when you switch to the public release to the RC , it seems to corrupt somes files. 1 or 2 . It's not always but for me it's happen often.
