I don't understand the people in here making facetious remarks about me mentioning RF3. All I'm saying is that I hope ISI doesn't decide to cancel the whole RF2 UI-change plans and just wait until their next product instead - which is most likely RF3. Also, I never said I expect RF3 to come out in 2 years - ya right, more like 5-8 years - all I said was that I hope to see a new tech UI in RF2 (TWO) in 1.5 to 2 years.


P.S. The way the pic is added to the UI is probably the same way pics were always added pre-b930 considering the b930 UI is 99% just a new "skin" (which, again, I do value and appreciate, in-fact, I think the U.I. being moddable is a very under-used feature of RF2. I advise people to check-out the UI modding thread).

Let me share my view on things, here:
- ISI has plans to change their UI, possibly basing the new solution on Iggy
- I think we can safely assume ISI also hopes they will not have to change their plans

So, likely ISI stands where you stand at this point. Your time would be better spend enjoying what you have, rather than worrying and expressing concerns

 

They won't touch the UI anymore for a long time. Maybe an update with some fixes regarding those hdr mess up, but other than that, it is way on the bottom of the list..

I hope they at least continue with updates for the current style one for current issues, not to mention, as the game progresses.

 

I only hope it comes with a cup of tea and a slice of cake aunt sally
